1.2.2 Extensibility
Under 50kg tension, the Fabric Innerduct extensibility should less than 2%.
1.2.3 Crosswise Tear Resistance(Sewing Part Tear Resistance)
Corsswise tear resistance(Sewing part tear resistance) should not less than 80N/cm
1.2.4 Pulling Tape Tensile Strength
Flat type pulling tape tensile strength should more than 565kg, and Round type tensile strength should more than 450kg
1.2.5 Sewing Request
The needle density should not less than 2.0±0.2 needle/cm, stitch gap must symmetry, the space of stitch and edge must consistent.
1.2.6 Abrasion Resistance
Load 730g, circulation 90 times/min, circulation 10000 times, Fabric Innerduct
no damage.
1.3 Chemical Properties
1.3.1 Melting Point
Fabric Innerduct melting point must higher than 215 ℃
1.3.2 Halogen-free Properties
When Fabric Innerduct burning by fire, it not repease halogen.
1.4 Working Condition
The working condition of our Fabric Innerduct is: -30℃ to 100℃. Fabric Innerduct cannot keeping long time under sunlight, it can only use in underground pipeline.
1.5 Service Life
Under normal working condition underground pipeline, our Fabric Innerduct can service more than 25 years.
